Are your products official racing merchandise?

No. Bubbles Motorsports is an independent motorsport-inspired design studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or officially connected to any racing series, team, manufacturer, driver, sponsor, or trademark owner unless expressly stated in writing.

We design and manufacture custom motorsport-inspired display pieces, show cars, helmets, and decorative objects for private collectors, commercial spaces, brand activations, and events.

For corporate or campaign-based projects, Bubbles Motorsports may work directly with authorised teams, sponsors, agencies, or brand partners to produce display vehicles or show pieces according to their approved campaign requirements. Due to confidentiality and legal restrictions, some previous project names may not be publicly listed. Please contact us directly to discuss relevant case studies or project examples.

Can I request a team livery or official logo?

Bubbles Motorsports does not reproduce protected team liveries, official logos, trademarked graphics, sponsor marks, or official racing assets unless written authorisation from the relevant rights holder is provided.

However, we understand that many customers want their display piece to reflect a particular motorsport era, colour direction, or racing-inspired visual style. Where possible, we can work with customers to create a legally compliant, independent design direction that captures the overall motorsport aesthetic without directly copying protected intellectual property.

Customers may also choose to arrange their own third-party wrapping, printing, painting, or livery customisation after purchase. Any such work must be organised independently by the customer and is not supplied, approved, controlled, or represented by Bubbles Motorsports unless expressly agreed in writing.

If a customer provides artwork, logos, sponsor graphics, team references, or livery files for use on a project, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right, permission, or licence to use those materials. By submitting any artwork or reference material, the customer confirms that its use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Bubbles Motorsports may assist with general design planning, layout preparation, colour matching, and non-branded visual concepts, but we do not accept responsibility for any unauthorised use of trademarks, logos, protected liveries, sponsor marks, or official racing assets applied by customers or third parties before, during, or after delivery.

Are the helmet pieces certified for racing?

Unless specifically stated in writing, our helmet products are intended for display, collection, promotional, photography, or go-karting-related use only.

Some helmet shells may have passed impact testing or may be based on impact-rated shells, but they are not guaranteed to meet FIA, CAMS, Motorsport Australia, FIM, or any other racing certification standard unless clearly stated in the product description or confirmed in writing before purchase.

We strongly recommend using our custom helmet products as display and collector items only. Motorsports and karting involve risk, and customers are responsible for ensuring that any helmet used in an activity complies with the rules, standards, and safety requirements of that activity.

Bubbles Motorsports accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage caused by the misuse of a helmet or by using a non-certified display helmet in a racing, motorsport, or high-risk environment.

Are the full-scale display cars road legal or track legal?

No. Our full-scale display cars are display objects only. They are not road vehicles, race vehicles, track vehicles, or registered motor vehicles.

They are not designed, certified, engineered, or approved for road use, racing, or motorsport competition.

Certain models may be fitted with low-speed movement capability for display, staging, showroom, event, or private-property use. This does not make them road legal, track legal, or suitable for racing.

Do you ship Australia-wide or internationally?

Yes. Smaller products can usually be shipped Australia-wide and internationally, depending on the item size, destination, and carrier requirements.

Larger custom objects, wall pieces, and full-scale display cars require individual freight quotes. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, destination, crating requirements, insurance, customs, and delivery access.

For wall-mounted products, installation is not included unless specifically agreed in writing. Where required, we may be able to introduce local contractors or installation partners for site surveys, mounting assessments, and installation services at separate pricing.

Can you build for corporate events?

Yes. We can create motorsport-inspired display objects, show cars, helmets, wall pieces, and custom installations for dealerships, shopping centres, brand activations, event agencies, exhibitions, offices, retail spaces, and corporate environments.

Corporate projects can be tailored around campaign goals, space requirements, visual direction, transport needs, installation limitations, and event timelines.

Please contact us with your project brief, preferred style, intended use, delivery location, and required completion date.

How long does a custom build take?

Production timelines depend on the product type, complexity, design approval process, material availability, and shipping requirements.

Smaller items may be completed and shipped sooner, while custom helmets, wall pieces, and full-scale display builds require longer production and finishing windows.

As a general guide, please allow approximately 3 to 6 months from confirmed order, approved design, and deposit payment to final delivery.

Rush production may be available on request, subject to availability, project complexity, and additional rush fees.
